PHYSICALITY

This aspect of our being goes without much explanation needed. We can see, and feel it's substance. This is the part of our being that is visibly apparent to others, and this is why we focus more attention to it's health and vitality. Yet, our bodies are a well orchestrated symphony of 11 organ systems, each with their own function that support the entirety of our physical bodies. In studying our physical being, we can see the importance of understanding the need to care for our entire anatomy, not just the muscles we can see and feel.
